Terms and Conditions for Roof Inspection Guarantee

Requirements

  • Must own the property (no rentals).
  • Must not be looking to sell the house within the next 5 years.
  • All homeowners who reside at the property or are involved in the decision making process must be present. 
  • All homeowners/decision makers must be available in-person and present during the appointment for between 60-90 minutes.
  • Appointment must be for a roof related issue.

 

If appointment deemed not valuable

In order for the homeowner to receive $100 they must meet the requirements above in addition to:
  • Write a handwritten letter to Gean Roofing at PO Box 789 North Liberty, IN 46554. 
Letters must: Name all the parties that were present for the appointment, the time they allocated, and if they were involved in going over any projects and plans for the home. Must explain in detail their experience during the appointment and why they claim we did not provide them with any value. (2 page minimum) 
 
Examples of responses will not be covered:
  1. Gean Roofing did not leave a quote or address a project that was not roof related.
  2. Gean Roofing refused to provide an insurance quote.
